Stay off Paine rd trails until spring!

Important Please Read!!
Today Me, Mel, Suzanne, Gene, Smitty, and Marsha were riding in Easton. We ran into a new landowner Scott from Ma. He bought the property by the barrel and also where whining dyke and cemetery are. He stopped us and I talked to him for quite a bit. He says he isnt against the trails, he knew they were there when he bought the property and plans to allow us to continue to ride although we may have to move a few sections. But unfortunately there is a big lawsuit and alot of litigation going on and he is being told by his lawyers to keep everyone off the trails until the litigation is settled. The no trespassing signs are to be obeyed, he also told me to come see him in the spring and he will bring me up to date as to whether we can ride them next year. I dont want to argue with a landowner especially one with lawyers so I told him I would post it on the forum and discourage anyone from riding onhis property until I know different. This is the list of trails that you should stay off: Middle Age Crazy, Woodpeckers hollow, Whining Dyke, Cemetery, damn trail, geronimo, split rock, and Kadea. All the trails on the inside of the PAine rd loop are safe and I also talked to Gary harwood and he said the trails by Dick Whartons house may be safe soon too. The season is almost over so please obey these restrictions and tell your friends!!
